They are all basically the same. Set a budget and get the most expensive you can afford. The higher the price, the more range of controls you get, the easier to access those controls.
Do not worry. All dSLR's are built to the highest standards. They are after all the cream of the crop of their respective brands. Just temper your expectations on the cheapest models. They are crippled in one way or another but if you know exactly what you are doing, those cameras will perform adequately. It's what you know that matters. The camera is only a tool.
