We have been taught, even before Kindergarten, that water and electricity do not mix well. The Laws of Physics attest to that.
It is futile to revive a wet camera. Buy a new one. Lesser headaches. Cheaper in the long run.
That is if the camera wasn't waterproof in the first place.
